If you were making a profit being open on Sunday, then the city is preventing you from earning money. They are also preventing customers who work every other day of the week from doing business with you. If you were a restaurant you could be open on Sunday, so what reason can they have for limiting your business hours! I think the city has over stepped the limit, of regulation! I hope you can get the city to reverse their limitation on your hours!

We are a Houston based recycler and we used to be open pretty much 24/7 as well. But after changing the law last year we are able to give everyone a rest!
